We were there for 3 nights, overall had a fantastic stay. Thoroughly enjoyed Naples, the hotel was little and great in the heart of naples. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an islet fortress was marvellous and amazing.

We had a bit of a disappointing start when we arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a casually dressed taxi driver. The hotel didn't look as advertised and there was nobody at the front desk. The taxi driver took us to the dark and unfinished entrance, but luckily he turned out to be a member of the staff and was very helpful. However, I suggest confirming that there will be a staff member at the hotel upon arrival.
The breakfast at the hotel could have had more variety. While it was a standard 3-star hotel breakfast, small changes like offering different types of tea or having the option for omelets would have made a big difference.

The location in the Spanish quarter is perfect for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions right on your doorstep. the subway station is also conveniently close, making it easy to get around. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-maintained bathrooms and helpful staff. Plus, there is a lovely lobby where you can enjoy complimentary Nespresso coffee and Twinings tea.
